Buyers spent the early part of the week waiting for news from India and Wednesday on holiday, so there has been very little activity for yet another week in Brazil. Trader ofers are creeping up towards $280/t cfr, with buy- ers unwilling to acknowledge such prices. Iranian urea is selling at prices equivalent to around $260/t cfr in southern ports, but there are no fxed price sales of other material to report.
