Flouroscopically Assisted Endoscopic Resection of the Superior Medial Corner of the Scapula

Arthroscopic resection of the superior medial angle of the scapula for snapping scapula can be an intimidating procedure for many surgeons because of the relative inexperience and lack of bone landmarks to aid in resection. In our opinion, the use of c-arm guidance to both define the borders of the superior medial angle of the scapula and check the level of resection can increase confidence in carrying out this procedure.
