International Enterprise's weekly inventory report for Singapore showed that total onshore inventories dropped 6.218MM bbl to 40.670MM bbl in the week to July 23, falling back from a sharp increase in the week prior, as can be seen in the following chart. Fuel oil stocks tumbled to a five-month valley, while middle distillate inventories skidded to a three-month low.
