Hypertrophic cranial pachymeningitis and lymphocytic hypophysitis in Sjogren's syndrome.

The authors describe a patient with primary Sjogren's syndrome who developed pachymeningitis, hypopituitarism, and central diabetes insipidus. The patient improved with corticosteroid pulse therapy.
