Retraction: alpha-GalCer ameliorates listeriosis by accelerating infiltration of Gr-1~+ cells into the liver

The above article, published online on 16 February 2010 in Wiley Online Library (wileyonlinelibrary.com), has been retracted by agreement between the Chairman of the Executive Committee of the European Journal of Immunology and Wiley-VCH Verlag GmbH & Co.
