Author's response to letter regarding unintentional injury risk among preschoolers with behavior disorders.

WE THANK THE author for his thoughtful letter (Schwebel, 2009) regarding our study reported in the October 2008 issue of this journal (Garzon, Huang, & Todd, 2008). We recognize Dr. Schwe-bel's substantive contributions to the injury field and expertise in the areas of disruptive behavior disorders and unintentional injuries in young children. We are also passionate about reducing the significant public health burden that results from unintentional childhood injuries.
