摘要

In the work the influence of single draft on rate phase transformation retained austenite into martensite during wire drawing process has been shown. The experimental investigations allowed to estimate mechanical properties of drawn wires i.e. tensile strength R_mra, yield strength R_(0.2), contraction Z, uniform elongation Ar, total elongation A_(100), number of twist N, and number of band N_b. Whereas numerical simulation of the process on the base of Drawing 2D program allowed to describe parameters such as: drawing stress, residual stress, temperature and non-dilatation strain. The realised investigation shown that the volume of single draft in wire drawing process fundamentally influence on useful properties of wires from multiphase TRIP steel.
