The Scarf Osteotomy

The Scarf osteotomy is one of the most widely used techniques for hallux valgus deformity correction. We present a literature review on the evolution of this technique and our results with a specific remark to flat foot deformity as a risk factor for the recurrence of hallux valgus deformity.
