2021 APR 15 (NewsRx) - By a News Reporter-Staff News Editor at Mining & Minerals Daily Daily - Researchers detail new data in Rare Metals. According to news reporting originating from Beijing, People's Republic of China, by NewsRx correspondents, research stated, "Cobalt thin films were deposited on silicon substrates by magnetron sputtering two commercial cobalt targets with different pass-through fluxes (PTFs). The influences of PTF on the magnetic properties of sputtered thin films were investigated." Funders for this research include National Key R&D Program of China, National Natural Science Foundation of China (NSFC), Beijing Natural Science Foundation, Key Science and Technology Projects of Beijing Education Committee, Fundamental Research Funds for the Central Universities.
