Since the start of 2017, bunker fuel prices have been rising on the US West Coast but falling at Singapore. According to data from Platts, IFO 380 CST has fallen 3.8, or $13/mt, from Dec. 30 to Jan. 23, while the same fuel in the US has gained ground. Los Angeles prices rose 1.9 ($6.50/mt) over the period, while Seattle was up 1.2 ($4/mt).
