Pertamina signs MOU for land for Tuban refinery.

Indonesia's state-owned oil company has signed a memorandum of understanding with the East Java provincial administration, giving the company access to a 60-hectare plot of land in Janjung Jenu, Tuban. The land is owned by the Environment and Forestry Ministry, which has already approved Pertamina's plans to build a refinery there. The real estate had originally been set aside for the construction of port facilities; under the agreement, Pertamina will provide another 60-hectare plot land in exchange.
