Heterotopic Triplet pregnancy (Twin tubal) in a natural conception cycle with tubal rupture. Case report and review of the literature

Heterotopic/ectopic pregnancy appears to have increased possibility because of increased use of ovulatory medication and tubal diseases. In natural conception, it is a very rare event. The most of heterotopic pregnancy is seen in tubal site and usually, it is diagnosed to be symptomatic.
