The Value of Fetal MRI in Ultrasound Diagnosed Fetal Anomalies

Fetal magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) is an ad-junctive method to fetal ultrasound in obstetrical practice to evaluate fetal malformations. In the last few years fetal MRI has been proposed as a second level technique especially for the evaluation of fetal central nervous system lesions. The aim of the study is to determine the contributions of fetal MRI to prenatal sonography for the diagnosis of congenital abnormalities.
