Detection of the presence of human papilloma virus and viral load in women with aceto-white epitelium and cervical erosion

摘要

To detect the presence of HPV and viral load in women with aceto-white epitelium and cervical erosion. MATERIAL-METHODS: Fifty-four women who had aceto-white epitelium and cervical erosion were enrolled in this study. Cases with cervical cancer and CIN3 were excluded as little controversy exists in their management. HPV presence and viral load were tested in cervical biopsy materials using polymerase chain reaction against HPV.
