US: Ford Focus to feature Hankook tyres

HANKOOK Tyre America has announced that its Optimo H725 All-Season touring tyres will feature as original equipment on the Ford Focus, beginning with June 2006 vehicle production. The Focus will feature Hankook's P195/60R15T size tyres. "This new Ford Focus application for our tyres is another major step forward in growing our brand position here in the US. As more and more OE vehicle manufacturers select our brand with confidence, that will translate to driving more consumers to look for the Hankook brand when choosing replacement tyres," said Bill Bainbridge, marketing director, Hankook Tyre America.
