Slovakia: Matador to double output

MATADOR Automotive, the Slovak automotive parts manufacturer, plans to double production levels over the next five years. The company currently operates three plants in Slovakia and plans to build several more new facilities, each employing 200 to 300 people. Speaking at the AutoSlovakia conference in Bratislava, Matador Automotive Vrable managing director Miroslav Krcmar said the company could consider joint ventures with strong suppliers as one means of expanding. "We are ready for growth," he said.
