Although earlier reports had indicated Ukrtatnafta's 369K-b/d Kremenchuk refinery had been able to operate despite the conflict at the end of March,an official reported that on April 2 that the facility was forced to halt operations after coming under heavy fire.On April 3,it was reported that a refinery in Odessa,which is presumably Odes'kyy Npz's 70K-b/d plant,and three fuel storage facilities were damaged.
