US: Amerigon names new board member

AMERIGON has named Robert T Howard to its board of directors with immediate effect. Howard replaces Paul Oster, who resigned effective 10 February 2006. Howard has more than 20 years of experience in the manufacturing and financial service industry. He currently serves as president and chief executive officer of TMW Enterprises, a private investment firm. He also serves as the director of TMW, Pullman Industries and EPIC Technologies.
