China aims to increase domestic iron ore concentrate output by 100 million tonnes during the 14th five-year plan ending 2025, the China Iron and Steel Association (Cisa) said on Saturday September 4. China also aims to intensify exploration of overseas iron ore resources and drive the development of high-quality iron ore projects, such as the Simandou project in Africa, Cisa vice chairman Luo Tiejun said.
