Kia Motors signs Moll with Andhra Pradesh Govt, for car manufacturing unit

Kia will invest USD 2 billion on this plant which will have a capacity to manufacture 3 lakh cars per annum. The Seoul-based Kia Motors Corporation signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Andhra Pradesh government for setting up a car manufacturing plant in Anantapuramu district. The tie-up is expected to give a major boost to the state's efforts to emerge as an industrial manufacturing hub.
