Real elements in T_n(K)

摘要

We study the real elements in triangular matrix groups. We describe some classes of elements that are real in T_n(K) - the groups of upper triangular matrices over a commutative field K. From the obtained results there follow some applications for finding real elements in general linear groups - GL_n(K).
