Dear readers, I feel elated to present the sixth issue of our journal. Due to ongoing pandemic of COVID-19, the health-care facility, its functionality, and output have changed a lot. Due to changes in practice of patient care in outpatient department, indoors, and operation theater, the new protocols are enforced. We have a review article and an original article on these issues. The practice of surgery has changed on each aspect of preoperative assessment, intraoperative protocols, and postoperative care. These are time-consuming and money-consuming practices. However, we have to follow the guidelines and precautions for the larger benefit of society and for personal care as well. I am thankful to Prof Dr Alok Agrawal for working hard on the symposium of distal radial fractures. It is a burning topic in today's practice even after centuries. We have tried to cover all the aspects of these fractures from anatomy, classification, conservative to operative management. The issue of ipsilateral elbow and distal radial fractures and one bone forearm are special considerations in the symposium.
