Young Scientists Symposium - call for papers

The Young Scientists Symposium takes place on 23-25 October 2012 at University of Nottingham, UK. Applications to present papers or posters at the 2012 Institute of Brewing and Distilling Young Scientists Symposium are invited via submission of an abstract. The themes of the meeting are: Raw Materials, Yeast and Fermentation, Flavour and Sensory, Process Innovation, Microbiology, Sustainability, Bioethanol and Distilling.
