Interior fabrics in general showed increasing popularity of neutral beige and off-white colors, spurred by preference for the simple and natural. Solid colors were predominant for curtains, but with added delicate sophistication in expression such as partial transparency and luster. In colors other than beige and neutrals, shades of green from bright yellow-green to grayish green were popular.
