It is with the greatest sadness that we must report the death of Brenda Morris, who was the longest serving member of the Health and Safety Bulletin team. Brenda first worked on HSB in the late 1980s as a production officer and, after multiple intermittent stints, she became the journal's sub-editor and remained so for a decade until she fell ill late last year.
