South Korea: Autoliv to buy remaining shares of Autoliv-Mando

AUTOLIV has agreed to acquire the remaining 35% stake in Korean joint venture Autoliv-Mando. The acquisition is expected to help Autoliv to fully integrate the Korean company into its global business portfolio. In 2006, Autoliv-Mando registered sales of around US$230m thanks mostly to organic growth, with help from the 2001 acquisition of Mando's airbag business and transfer of business from Autoliv companies in other countries.
