Sweden: Autoliv announces dividend

THE board of directors of Autoliv has announced a quarterly dividend of US$0.37 per share of common stock. The dividend is payable on 1 March 2007 to all the company's shareholders of record at the close of business on 1 February 2007, the supplier stated. Autoliv's sales for the third-quarter of 2006 rose marginally to US$1.4bn, while net income during the quarter climbed by 106% to US$121.7m, or US$1.48 a share.
