US: Mitsuba and Ichikoh to establish joint venture

MITSUBA has announced that it has signed a joint venture agreement with Ichikoh Industries to establish a new joint venture company, Ichikoh Mitsuba, in Kentucky. The new company will be formed after the dissolution of Kentucky-based Ichikoh Manufacturing and will focus on manufacturing and selling automotive mirrors, automotive small lamps and other moulded and painted components in North America, the company stated.
