US: BorgWarner expects sales gain in Europe and Asia to boost profitability

BORGWARNER expects its full-year 2007 earnings to grow by around 10%, boosted by sales gains in Europe and Asia. The Michigan-based supplier expects its full-year earnings to be in the range of US$4.60 to US$4.80 per share, in line with the company's historical growth rates of greater than 10%. "In 2007, our global business will face two distinct business environments.
