US: Dura appoints Harbert as interim chief financial officer

DURA Automotive Systems has announced that David L Harbert has been appointed interim vice president and chief financial officer, with immediate effect. The US Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware however, is yet to approve this appointment. Dura and its domestic and Canadian affiliates have been operating their businesses as Chapter 11 debtors-in-possession since October 2006.
