Japan: Nissan develops grape seed filter for pollen allergy sufferers

NISSAN has announced a new product which uses the antiallergenic properties of natural grape seed polyphenol. It has started fitting it to several of its Japanese market compact cars. The filter, developed jointly with Kikkoman Corporation and Toyobo Company, is considered to be more efficient in eliminating the allergens which are believed to cause pollen allergies.
