On arithmetical varieties of near-rings

Throughout the paper, N is a left near-ring, i.e., N is a non-empty set with two binary operations: addition and multiplication, such that is a group, (N; ·> is a semigroup and the left distributivity law x(y + z) = xy + xz is satisfied. All rings are associative.
