The current NHS 'tick-box' culture is turning energetic professionals into automatons who can barely cope under the workload pressure.Community nurses, with the assistance of your union/professional body, need to band together to say 'no' to workloads that are bordering on the unsafe. The NHS, which once cherished advanced academic study, experience and evidenced-based practice, is in danger of rapidly turning into a high-volume factory production line.
