To the Editor:We thank Ben-Hamouda and Challet for their interest in our study entitled, "Orcadian rhythm disruption and sepsis in severe trauma patients" (1). In our opinion, our results are preliminary and, as they suggested, further studies are required to better understand the circadian clock in intensive care unit patients.
