An insult of a pay offer!

The decision by UK governments to award NHS staff a pay rise well below inflation (if at all) is the final insult to every one of you who works in the health service. Unite is saying enough is enough - it's time to fight back. This year's pay 'offer' is another real-terms pay cut for all NHS staff, even in Scotland where it is slightly less severe. This is the fourth pay cut since the government took office. Unite believes that you deserve better - at the very least a pay increase that allows you to maintain a decent standard of living and goes some way to re-addressing the huge losses you've incurred.
