Haley Minns couldn't understand why she had started to feel so lonely. She had a healthy and happy newborn son and a supportive husband. She also had her parents living close by and lots of friends. Despite all this, 'the feeling of isolation grew until I felt completely alone,' says the 34-year-old from Norfolk. 'Before I had my son Lewis, I felt like everything was under control and that life went according to plan. But I had anxiety during pregnancy, and after my son was born, things felt out of control.
