Grupa Lotos stake at $141 million

Poland's Treasury Ministry said January 22 it had finished book building for the sale of a 10.78% stake in the country's second largest refiner, Grupa Lotos. The price was fixed at the level of Zloty 29 per share, meaning the 14 million share package is worth Zloty 406 million ($141 million) and the sale will reduce the state's stake in Lotos to 53.19%. Currently the state Treasury holds a 63.97% stake in Lotos, which owns the 120,000 b/d Gdansk refinery in northern Poland and a number of smaller facilities in the south.
