Tauberian operators were introduced by Kalton and Wilansky [9] to solve an abstract summability problem. Later, they have been useful in several problems such as factorization of operators [3], preservation of isomorphic properties of Banach spaces [12] and the equivalence between the Radon-Nikodym property and the Krein-Milman property [13].
