摘要

Funalia trogii 0146, an active producer of endoglucanase and xylanase, was selected from 15 swains of higher basidial fungi by submerged and solid-phase fermentation of one-year-old vine cuttings and tangerine marc. Merulius tremellosus 0206 and Schizophyllum commune IBK-96 were shown to be promising for obtaining #beta#-glucosidase. Fungi of the genus Pleurotus can be used for obtaining #beta#-xylosidase. Extracellular enzyme activities of basidiomycetes were demonstrated to vary considerably in fungi of various taxonomic and ecological groups and depend on the plant substrate in the medium and the method of macromycete cultivation. Experiments with various carbon sources in the medium showed that cellulase and xylanase of E trogii 0146 are inducible enzymes.
