《Mayak》 -- emphasis on intensive technologies

The central seat of private-and-rent production cooperative company Mayak is located in Kotelva village. The largest agricultural enterprise of Poltava region was formed after three former farms - Mayak, named after Lenin, and named after Voykov, underwent reforming and united land and property. Agricultural area of the farm is around 10,000 ha, of which tillage makes 9,000 ha. The company successfully develops two major businesses -plant growing and animal breeding. The enterprise implemented scientifically-supported husbandry system, which is based on intensive technologies of agricultural crop growing.
