Documentary information system of organization and legal protection of knowledge-based property in higher school

The approach to design expert legal system is proposed. Peculiarities of its structure and architecture, set of functions are considered, models for knowledge representation in expert system, are offered. The system is realised while using anoriginal object DBMS developed by the authors.
