Angiopoietin-2 in CLL.

摘要

Elevated plasma levels of the angiogenic factor Ang-2 correlated with poor prognosis in a larger series of CLL patients. Ang-2 levels may reflect crosstalk between CLL cells and their microenvironment, specifically related to angio-genesis and endothelial cells, and therefore emphasize the importance of angio-genesis in CLL.
