Global CFI has risen by another $0.11/t primarily thanks to resumed increase in freight rates in the Baltic region (Gulf ofFinland CFI has grown by $0.43/t, Lower Baltic CFI by $0.7/t). Moreover, owners confidently hold the rates stable in the Black andMediterranean Seas, and sometimes even manage to raise them due to shortage of fleet. Meanwhile, the index growth has beenpartially offset by ongoing decrease in sea-river rates in the Azov Sea ($0.6/t down over the week).
