Grain market insight: High importers' demand keeps European wheat on track to further increase

The European wheat market continues to strengthen. Export prices keep showing a gradual increase, although less acute than that reported at the beginning of grain season in July, and, particularly, in August. Thus, the price growth averaged to some $8-9/t in July, overwhelming $42-50/t in August, and approximately $9.5-11/t in September, with actual quotes hovering within $307-310/t FOB Rouen, $312-316/t FOB Germany and $300-307/t FOB Constanta.
