The Global CFI has shown a decline for the first time this year ($0.21/t down over the week) even despite continuing excitement inthe small-tonnage seagoing transportation segments of both North and South Europe. Thus, the BlSea CFI has risen by $0.41/t this week,the Med Sea CFI by $0.68/t, the Gulf of Finland CFI by $0.35/t, and the Lower Baltic CFI by $0.13/t. It should be noted that the collapseof the the sea-river rates in the Azov Sea ($3.72/t down) is the only reason for the index decrease.
