Up to 5,000 t of steels havebeen carried from Turkey to N.France at mid €30s/t. Transportation of 5-6,000 t of steel billets from Marmara to Damietta is estimatedby ISM at $16-17/t, though many owners are still seeking to get some $20/t. Brokers suggest low €20s/t for shipment of the same lot ofsteels from Sevilla to Marmara.
