Azov Sea freight rates still heavily dependent on laycans

The Azov Sea freight market picture remains the same as in late Jan. Demand for fleet is gradually cooling down, but owners still wantto get about $39-40/t for spot shipments of 3,000 t wheat stems from Rostov to the Marmara Sea, and some traders are still ready toaccept these levels for transportation with Feb 5-10 laycans. Note that some charterers offer $36/t for spot shipment of 3,000 t of wheatfrom Azov to Marmara.
