Demand for 3-6k dwt fleet still strong in BlSea amid active steel,metal and grain exports

The Black Sea coaster market remains quite firm due to continuing regular shipments of HRC, aluminium and grain. Severe frosts inthe region gave way to prolonged rains, which are still negatively affecting fleet turnover. The tonnage list is rather short these days;particularly this applies to 3-4k dwt vessels.
