Despite the fact that the North European coaster market has remained at its peak, the Global CFI has fallen by $1.61/t after Dec 13, showing a decline for the first time since early June. This is primarily due to the collapse in Azov sea-river rates (the Azov Sea CFI has dropped by impressive $11.08/t). The BlSea CFI and the Med CFI have inched down by $0.61/t and $0.45/t, respectively.
