The Baltic Sea coaster market has not shown any significant shifts in late Aug. As before, the cargo flow is moderate, with requests for transportation of fertilizers, agri products, ferrous raw materials and saw timber regularly appearing in the region. Charterers do not see any difficulties finding open vessels. The market is relatively balanced, rates are unchanged.
